Sarah Man BA(Hons) DipArch RIBA, Director/ Senior Architect
Sarah’s experience spans an international and diverse portfolio of work. Early in her career in South Africa, she contributed to projects including The District Six Museum and The Stepping Stone Children’s Centre in Cape Town. She subsequently worked on numerous housing schemes in London, including the redevelopment of the Prices Candle Factory for Wimpey and a large-scale residential development for Gleeson Homes.
Her portfolio also includes high-end new-build private homes and primary education projects for South Oxfordshire District Council. Sarah has delivered a number of heritage schemes, working on listed properties for private clients in London and Oxford, as well as for Oxford colleges including University College, Christ Church, Pembroke College and Campion Hall.
At Perioli Man Architects, Sarah combines thoughtful, elegant design with a strong command of planning policy and process. She has successfully guided many projects from initial concept through planning and construction to completion, ensuring clarity, confidence and quality at every stage.

Tarusha Nuttall-Smith BA Ed(Hons) BA(Hons) DipArch RIBA, Senior Architect
​​​Tarusha joined Perioli Man Architects in 2021, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across the heritage, education, commercial and private residential sectors. As project architect for Montgomery Architects, she delivered a wide range of schemes, including complex works to Grade II* and Grade I listed buildings for Oxford colleges including Wadham (fellows accommodation, student sets, Porters' Lodge, Library), Exeter, Christ Church Porter's Lodge, Balliol, St. Edmund Hall and Ripon College. Numerous high-end residential projects in and around Oxford and commercial conversions for clients such as Greyfriars also make up her portfolio.
Tarusha is known for her precise and considered approach, combining rigorous design development with careful oversight during construction.
At Perioli Man Architects she works collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities to ensure that the finest details are realised as intended.
Thomas Man BSc. DipArch RIBA, Director/ Senior Architect
Tom worked with several respected architectural practices in London and Oxford before co-founding Perioli Man Architects with Sarah. He brings broad experience across public and private sector projects, having acted as project architect on a range of significant schemes. These include retail development for South Oxfordshire District Council, new housing for Richmond upon Thames, education projects for Hillingdon Borough Council and has delivered numerous high-end residential projects for private clients and developers in London, Oxford and the South.
His heritage portfolio includes alterations to the Grade I listed Porter’s Lodge at St Edmund Hall, Oxford; extensions & alterations to the Grade II* listed Stones Almshouses, Oxford; several Grade II Listed Oxford houses on Kingston Road, Beaumont Buildings, Park Town, St. John's Street as well as buildings in Wolvercote, Woodstock and throughout Oxfordshire.
At Perioli Man Architects Tom works closely with the project teams and local authorities, combining meticulous attention to design detail with technical expertise, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
