GRADE II LISTED HOUSE IN NORTH OXFORD
Work has begun on this terraced house originally designed by architect Clapton Rolfe between 1870 & 1873. The project consists of the rear extension to provide new kitchen, dining & living areas and the refurbishment of the poorly maintained basement space and reconstruction of the lightwell to provide more comfortable accommodation. Working closely with the Oxford City Council Conservation team we are incorporating reclaimed materials to match the existing externally while providing light and efficient internal spaces with a contemporary feel.
